Oxford Street M&S sign displays Windows 10 disk space error over Colin the Caterpillar ads

On Oct. 31, Aaron Colwill walked past the Marks & Spencer food hall on London’s Oxford Street and spotted a Windows 10 "low disk space" error where the chocolate caterpillar should be.

The screen reads "Disk space is running low," a glitch that has replaced the usual advertisement.

Marks & Spencer knows digital failure.

Support for that version ended for many users in 2023, though Windows 10 LTSC 2021 carries on until Jan. 12, 2027.

Microsoft requires at least 32 GB of disk space to install Windows 10, with more space preferred.
