Peak Sim Racing is preparing to open at 1236 South Broadway this fall, bringing a 3,200-square-foot racing center to Denver designed for both seasoned motorsport enthusiasts and those looking to learn more about the sport.
At the center of it all will be 12 racing simulators, split between two tiers: 10 standard setups and two premium setups.
While the technology is built to deliver a serious racing experience, Sevilla wants Peak Sim Racing to remain approachable.
Peak Sim Racing is also planning to accommodate private events, with the venue available for corporate gatherings, private parties and team experiences.
Peak Sim Racing is currently targeting a fall 2026 opening, with the exact date still to be announced.
