Visitors to the SimRacing Expo Frankfurt 2026 will be able to test Assetto Corsa EVO’s long-awaited free roam mode ahead of release.
The confirmation follows a new keynote, where walk mode, tyre shops and time attacks were showcased for the first time.
A release window for what is billed as the ‘first iteration’ is not yet known.
The free roam mode will also be playable on a dedicated Assetto Corsa booth, which includes “multiple dedicated stations on the showfloor”.
The SimRacing Expo Frankfurt takes place between 16th and 18th October 2026.
