KW Studios has confirmed it: the RaceRoom Summer Update lands on 4 August, and it is comfortably the most substantial drop the sim has had in years. Three fronts at once a paid DTM 2026 car pack, free track upgrades for existing owners, and a complete HUD rebuild that has been overdue for more than a decade. DTM 2026 Pack: four debuts, one absence The headline paid content is the DTM 2026 Pack at €29.99, containing seven cars and 19 liveries from the current season. If you already own the 2025 versions of the BMW, McLaren and Mercedes, a discount is applied automatically. Four machines are genuinely new to the platform: - Ford Mustang GT3 Evo — the Mustang’s first appearance in RaceRoom, in current Evo spec - Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Evo — the first Aston Martin ever in the sim - Lamborghini Temerario GT3 — its debut in any racing simulator, anywhere - Porsche 911 GT3 R — updated to the new Evo version One caveat for DTM purists: the two Emil Frey Racing Ferrari 296 GT3s are not included, so the grid isn’t quite complete. Expect updated mid-season BoP to match the real-world 2026 changes, plus physics work on tyre thermodynamics and suspension compliance. Note that the circuits are not part of the pack. All eight tracks on the current DTM calendar are already in RaceRoom, and if you don’t own them, the DTM Esports Pack bundles the lot for just under €10, an 89% saving over buying the pieces individually. That is the single best-value entry point in the sim right now. There’s a competitive hook too: the DTM Community Cup, an open event series launching the week after the DTM eSports Championship finale, held live at the Nürburgring on 15 August.
