Korea Investment & Securities and Woori Investment & Securities are serving as joint underwriters. RideFlux previously passed its technology evaluation in May, receiving 'A' grades from both professional evaluation agencies designated by the Korea Exchange (A·A). The company is targeting a second-half KOSDAQ listing, vying to become "South Korea's first listed Level 4 autonomous driving company." A successful listing would mark the first IPO among South Korean autonomous driving software firms. Founded in 2018, RideFlux is a leading physical AI company that has internalized full-stack Level 4 driverless autonomous driving technology, including perception and localization, decision-making and control, high-definition mapping, and remote operations. Built on its core software architecture, "RideFlux Driver," the company has secured versatility spanning all vehicle types, from passenger cars and buses to heavy-duty trucks. Its cumulative investment raised totals 88.2 billion won (approximately $62.5 million). The company obtained a "driverless autonomous driving temporary operation permit" from South Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport—allowing operation without a safety driver in the driver's seat—and has accumulated over 3,300 hours of real-world validation data in Seoul's Sangam district. Building on this, RideFlux plans to launch a public driverless robotaxi service in Sangam within the year, operating with an empty driver's seat (with a safety manager in the passenger seat).
