Second-quarter revenue rose 29.3% to $9.7 million, up from $7.5 million in the second quarter of 2025. Based in Kibbutz Yagur and founded in 2011 by Michal Mor and Avshalom Erlich, Smart Shooter develops the SMASH fire control system. The system uses AI-based image processing to identify, lock onto and track ground and aerial targets, including drones, and is designed to release ammunition only when the system determines that there is a high probability of a hit. The company also reported a sharp increase in new orders. During the first half of 2026, Smart Shooter signed binding contracts worth approximately $43 million, a 133% increase from the same period in 2025. The increase in orders brought Smart Shooter's total backlog to $51.6 million at the end of the second quarter, up 88% from $27.4 million at the end of the second quarter of 2025.
