Built on Tata Motors' Acti.ev+ architecture, the Sierra EV is expected to offer both rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations from launch. This would make it only the second Tata EV after the Harrier EV to offer AWD capability. The platform also supports faster charging, advanced features, and driver assistance features. In terms of design, the production model is expected to retain several cues from it's ICE counterpart, including the signature wraparound rear glass area that pays homage to the original Sierra. connected LED lighting elements, an upright SUV stance and aero-optimised alloy wheels are also expected to feature on the final model.
