The facility features racing simulators with force feedback steering wheels, vibration effects and headsets that provide engine sounds. Drivers can communicate with each other using microphone buttons on the steering wheel. You get a feel from what the car is doing from the wheelbase.” The force feedback tells drivers if the car is going straight, spinning in the back or understeering or oversteering. Drivers wear headsets to hear engine sounds, which Aaron said changes the experience. Driving technique and accessibility Aaron said proper positioning is important. Drivers should keep their arms at 90 degrees and use thumb holds on the wheel. The left foot should be on the brake without the heel down, allowing drivers to brake with their leg rather than their ankle. “The foundation of racing is using the brake pedal,” Aaron said. “You want to make sure that you stop in time.” The venue offers tracks of varying difficulty. One medium-sized track featured is Vallelunga. Aaron said anyone can try the simulators regardless of experience level. “There’s always a bit of a learning curve, but anybody can jump in and start driving and get the basics down,” he said. “The
