Dmarcian Europe BV, dIncâs Netherlands-based counterpart didnât convince the appellate panel to overturn an injunction or dismiss the district court case, Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson said in an opinion filed Friday in the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
