Vection Technologies Ltd. ( (AU:VR1) ) just unveiled an update. Vection Technologies has signed a three-year framework agreement with Switzerland-based URBANnext SA, a digital transformation specialist for smart cities and public services across Europe. Under the deal, URBANnext will use and commercialise Vection’s Algho AI platform and related services, including software licences, integration, implementation and ongoing support, within its public and private sector client base. The agreement establishes a minimum annual purchase commitment of $2.5 million and a minimum total contract value of $7.5 million, creating a committed revenue floor while allowing upside from additional projects. By leveraging URBANnext’s established relationships with European municipalities, public authorities and infrastructure operators, Vection advances its indirect channel strategy and extends Algho’s reach into key European smart city markets that would be harder to access through direct sales alone. Management emphasised that the framework is structured to grow with multi-phase smart city and infrastructure programs, where deployments typically expand after successful pilots. Each project will be governed by separate orders under the framework, creating a structured pipeline of potential Algho deployments and positioning Vection to benefit from the increasing adoption of AI in managing complex urban environments. The most recent analyst rating on (AU:VR1) stock is a Buy with a A$0.07 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Vection Technologies Ltd. stock, see the AU:VR1 Stock Forecast page.
