Parents were notified the centre would be closed on Wednesday morning, pending further testing, after an initial test within the Fremantle Early Learning Centre returned “inconclusive” for asbestos air fibres. Show more 3.38pm More jobs go as Roy Hill fleet now ‘fully autonomous’ By About 150 jobs have been made redundant at Hancock Prospecting’s Roy Hill iron ore mine in the Pilbara now the site’s haul-truck fleet is fully autonomous. The company has long been open with its plans to convert its fleet as it sought to extend the mine’s life. Hancock Iron Ore produces about 70 million tonnes of ore annually. In October last year, Hancock celebrated the conversion of all 78 mining haul trucks from manual to fully diverless under a partnership with Swedish manufacturer Epiroc AB.
