The first phase alone includes over 3,000 hectares, with expansion planned in subsequent stages. Rs 1,000 Crore Budget Approved Authorities have approved a budget of Rs 1,000 crore for land acquisition and initial development work, marking a major financial commitment toward the project. Infrastructure And Planning Boost An initial office will be set up near Sikandrabad in Jokhabad and Sanwali villages. Around 10,000 sq meters of land will be used to kickstart operations.
