Moza's first motion platform priced, released

Moza Racing’s first foray into motion sim racing is now available. The HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuator has been released today, 28th July 2026, and will be priced at $2,999 / €3,199 / £2,799 (for the four-actuator set). To be clear, this isn’t for a full setup, including seat and cockpit, for example. Instead, this is a quartet of motion actuators, which can be retrofitted to a sim racing rig and provide movement with the aim of increasing immersion. Initially showcased at the San Francisco GDC event in March, the four-axis system aims to replicate pitch, roll and heave effects through 150 mm of travel and at response speeds of up to 300 mm/s. It features an integrated controller and includes an emergency stop switch. Moza claims to have developed its own servo motors, control algorithms, structural engineering and software. Speaking of the software, Moza Motion Manager, it allows for settings such as vibration effects, motion range, intensity and individual movement axes to be tweaked. It’s a significant change for the competition, which mixes initial online and in-game qualifying stages with (in recent years) four lavishly produced in-person events where the world’s best drivers compete. Moza becomes only the third sim racing equipment partner of the Gran Turismo World Series, which is of particular interest, as presently it doesn’t have any PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 compatible devices. These are hinted at by Gran Turismo Series Producer, Kazunori Yamauch, with talk of creating a steering wheel ‘optimal’ for GT7 use: “Please look forward to the new products that will be released through Moza,” he said. “My first experience with MOZA was actually through their camera stabilisation gimbals. “Gimbals and steering controllers both use the same type of technology in that they exercise very precise control over electric motors, so I had my eyes on MOZA’s developmental ability, technology, and reliability for a while now. “The evolution of consumer-level force feedback steering that started from Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec is still ongoing, but with MOZA now joining us as a partner, I’m excited to see the expanded possibilities to develop a steering wheel that is optimal in the eyes of ‘Gran Turismo’.” Moza has confirmed that its

Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races: Sharp Shooter

A new week brings a new set of Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races, with three fresh events now live and running through next Monday. Race A is the unique one: the KTM X-BOW R ’12 against ten laps of Tsukuba Circuit. Tsukuba’s lap is short and tight, and that plays right into the X-BOW’s hands as a light, focused little roadster built for exactly this kind of quick, technical layout. Expect it to eat up the circuit in a hurry. Race B keeps things straightforward, with Gr.3 cars head to Trial Mountain Circuit for six laps on Racing Hard tires. BOP is set to Mid Speed and brake balance is the only tuning option on the table. Race C is the one worth a second look. Gr.2 machinery takes on the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya’s GP layout, the version that includes the chicane. It’s also the week’s only race with any real strategy attached. Fuel consumption is tripled and tire wear is quadrupled over the 13 laps, and Racing Medium and Racing Soft are both mandatory, guaranteeing at least one pit stop. Races A and B stick to the default 1x multipliers with no pit stops required, so Race C is where the week’s actual management decisions live. RaceRoom reveals 2026 Ford Mustang GT3 Evo and Porsche 911 GT3 R | Traxion.GG

RaceRoom has previewed the 2026-spec Ford Mustang GT3 Evo and Porsche 911 GT3 R heading to the PC racing simulator, completing the lineup for the upcoming DTM 2026 Car Pack. Making its RaceRoom debut, the Mustang GT3 Evo features an upgraded aero package with a revised splitter and rear diffuser, as well as double dive planes. Power is sourced from a 5.4-litre V8 producing 550 horsepower. The Porsche 911 GT3 R, meanwhile, is already part of RaceRoom’s roster, but the version included in the DLC pack is based on the 2026-spec model. Like the Mustang, it boasts an upgraded aero package, adding new louvres positioned above the front wheel arches and refined suspension. Its naturally-aspirated, 4.0-litre flat-six develops 502 horsepower. These are joined by the newly added Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Evo and Lamborghini Temerario, with the latter making its sim racing debut in RaceRoom. Each car will be sold as separate DLC or as part of the DTM 2026 Season Pack, which includes the full line-up. Pricing details and a release date have yet to be announced. However, the DLC is expected to launch in August, with more details to be revealed in this week’s RaceRoom Grid Talk episode on 30th July.
