SimRacing Expo Frankfurt is just over two weeks away, and Kunos Simulazioni has confirmed it will attend, showcasing its Assetto Corsa EVO and Assetto Corsa Rally titles.
Although the Italian studio has yet to confirm exactly what each game will demonstrate between the 16th and 18th October, it has reiterated that the European Regional Final of its FIA-approved esports event, the FIA Esports Global Rally Tour, will take place live on stage at the Frankfurt Messe (using AC Rally, naturally).
The final will take place at the prestigious FIA Awards show in Shanghai on 12th December 2026.
Supernova Games Studios is developing AC Rally as part of a technical partnership with Kunos, with its most recent V0.6 Early Access build introducing private multiplayer lobbies and a new version of Unreal Engine 5.
It’s hoped that a more expansive multiplayer mode will be introduced in future, something that is very much on Supernova’s radar.

NASCAR 26 looks as spectacular as the real thing I am a big NASCAR fan.
As much fun as I've had in past NASCAR games and on iRacing, it takes a complete package like NASCAR 26 to bring everything together.
I'd like to see future incarnations of the NASCAR game think a little outside the box, perhaps with regular special challenges.

Porsche’s Esports Challenge returns for its fourth outing this month, with the top prize being a Porsche Experience Centre experience at Silverstone.
Driving iRacing’s Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport, all five rounds will be broadcast live on RaceSpot TV’s YouTube and Porsche’s official Twitch channels, with two 30-minute races per round.
To compete, all drivers must be from the UK, at least 18 years old, and hold a Motorsport UK Esports membership.
Classes are split as follows: PRO drivers are those who have reached over 3,000 iRating on their Sports Car licence, while AM drivers must not have surpassed 3,000.
Any driver who has ever qualified to compete in either of Porsche’s Esports Supercup or Carrera Cup Great Britain is also not eligible.
