In a blog post titled “Listening, Evolving, and Moving Forward,” the team acknowledges past shortcomings in reliability and over-promising, signaling a shift toward proving their intent through performance and steady precision. The post highlights several technical and content improvements designed to enhance immersion and value for players, including a visual overhaul, upcoming free content, and more. In the visual department, the dev team will be overhauling post-processing and lighting in Rennsport. This means that nights are deeper and more atmospheric, sunsets have cinematic weight, motion blur has been refined, and color grading has been improved, all with the hopes of providing a more authentic sense of speed. Many fans also requested much more garage variety, to which the team has created a range of new, free liveries, which you can see listed below: - Porsche 911 GT3 R rennsport: Nine official OEM liveries. - BMW M2 CSR: Six distinct customer racing liveries. - Other Models: Official liveries for the Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II, Mercedes-AMG GT3 2020, and Hyundai Elantra N TCR. As mentioned back in April, Rennsport will also be transitioning to self-publishing across all platforms.
